After a few more sessions with Lisa, I can confidently say she is one of the best massage therapists I've been to. Every visit has been consistently excellent. Lisa is a calm, patient, and highly skilled massage therapist. I’ve had multiple sessions with her, and each time she took the time to understand which areas of my body needed extra attention. She consistently applied the right amount of pressure, tailored the treatment to my needs, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout every session. Her stretch techniques are phenomenal. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring massage therapist.
They say they offer direct billing, yet im paying out of pocket and waiting for a reimbursement. Then im being told its my insurance company.....no your receptionist doesnt know how to select provider to pay option not participant to pay!? I had to call my insurance company to verify why this happens here!? Why do I have to tell them how to do their job?? Every other place knows how to direct bill, its not that hard!
