I’ve been a Massage Addict client since 2019 and had a great experience at my previous location. I was encouraged to move to this new location when it opened, but the service has completely deteriorated. My membership was suddenly cancelled without clear explanation, and I was repeatedly asked to provide credit card details again. Really impressed with this location. The experience from start to finish was perfect. Reception was attentive and kind. The rooms are clean, including bathrooms. The massage was exactly what I had hoped for. Falynn is a professional RMT who understands anatomy and body movement. Definitely recommend.
The registration process was straightforward and the clinic was clean, modern and pleasant. I sought out a popular RMT whose name is often recommended here on Google reviews but unfortunately I ended up having a regrettable experience that left me leaving uncomfortable and eager to leave. It's possible that he was having a bad day, but he lacked bedside manners and worked on areas I didn't ask about.
