I had a wonderful massage with Dipti Desai. She was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took the time to understand my concerns and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much better than when I came in. Poor Customer Service! I completely understand that appointments cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours because it affects the practitioner’s schedule and time. But what about my time? I received a call from the clinic to cancel my appointment only 3 hours before it was scheduled. Is that reasonable? My wife and I had booked our appointments together. I just would like to give a shout out to Dipti who does a wonderful massage. She is very personable and does such a great job working out kinks in my neck and also my shoulders I would highly recommend her!
Do not go to this location due to their unethical business practices. I was booked with the wrong massage therapist after requesting my appointment to be with Faith who has been treating me for my back issues. They have the history of my visits with Faith but denied any wrong doing on their part. They blamed me and said they would charge me a cancelation fee to which I told them that I would dispute it with my credit card company.
