I see Jeff for acupuncture and he is great. He has helped with many problems and brought other issues to light. I definitely recommend him. I was looking for other modalities since massage wasn't really helping and I am grateful I tried acupuncture.
I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist at this location. The massage therapist was no doubt very professional and provided me great service. However due to some technical issue on their insurance claim website the receptionist had me waiting there for 10 minutes which was taken off from my massage time and almost accused me of not paying her since the direct billing was not working at a moment. Melly was FANTASTIC. I told her what was bothering me and she used the perfect amount of pressure for me. She helped me so much with my pain. The lady at the front desk was also very nice. Excellent service from them both!
