I’m disappointed with my recent visit. I was booked for a 30-minute session but was only treated for about 20 minutes, as I had to wait 10 minutes while the chiropractor finished with another client. I assumed the time would be adjusted accordingly, but instead I was told that the charge is based on the adjustment itself when I asked her directly after repeating this for couple of times—not the actual time spent.
