Booking an appointment and transferring membership is such a headache. Im done with this place. Unprofessional front staff, rude mannered and clearly does not want business... and to make me redo paperwork instead of updating their own system... It's been literally 2 days... just to try and book an appointment. I literally have coverage. I want to relax and not be caused a headache!! Waste of my time.
Called and asked for deepest pressure therapist. It was mild pressure not deep. They could not figure out how to charge my benefits even tho ive never had an issue any where else in 14 years. Got charged 136$ which is way more then ive ever paid for a 1 hour massage even without benefits. Over payed for a mediocre massage
### BAD EXPERIENCE ### today me and my wife go for massage. Then some urgence came and i need to go for work so i told them to cencle massage only for me not for my wife and the reception staff got angry and froced me to pay full amount fot my message. I pay full amount without gatting massage.
