Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. I would not recommend booking at this location. I had to cancel over 24 hours before the appointment due to illness. I called and the owner was extremely rude and used profanity when talking to me. Will never return to this location again.
I have been to Massage Addict on Broadway in Vancouver and the staff and owners are extremely friendly and helpful. I had 2 sessions with Sarah and had cupping and acupuncture it was extremely helpful fir the aches and pains that I was having. I highly recommend going to massage Addict on Broadway it really helped me.
Got my first massage at the new Broadway location the other day and it was outstanding. Nicely appointed premises, friendly professional staff, and an excellent massage. Great experience from start to finish.
I had one of the best deep massages ever with Ed last week. He clearly knows what he's doing and the office is very professional. I strongly recommend if you need a massage or chiro.
