Had my first massage in a very long time. Felt comfortable and safe with Dr Keith. Very knowledgeable and gave me great advice to try to improve my flexibility and balance. Looking forward to coming back on a more regular basis! The staff was also very pleasant and welcoming. Loved that they also do direct billing!!!! I didn't have to stress about paying for an appt up front!!
I visited for the first time, but unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the experience. We spent at least 10 minutes waiting in the treatment room before the service even began. Then I was asked to change for the massage, but the practitioner did not return for another 8-10 minutes, which unnecessarily reduced the actual treatment time. At least 5-7 mins were spent doing completing insurance paperwork (receptionist looking for tablet and looking up), which could easily have been done after the massage time. Had a treatment done by Ms Hong and she was fabulous! Definitely returning here and I think I’ll be a regular here.
