The therapists are great, especially Louis who is an absolute life saver. It's the admin staff that makes the whole experience frustrating. In October of 2024, I signed up for a 6-month membership and in that time: -I had erroneously received another customer's email invoice with their name and treatment on it (no confidentiality). Today I experienced a nice comfortable massage with Anar, she was so lovely and she cared a lot about what I want, she's so professional and optimistic, she's so special she actually felt the pain and issue once she touched my neck and shoulders, I will for sure go back again and again to that location. I highly recommend Massage Addict Shawnessy, ask for Anar ( thank you very much 😊)
Saw Kim for a first time massage Saturday. She was excellent. Very friendly and thorough but didn't ramble on, which was so refreshing. Will definitely be back to see her!
