Ive been going to massage addict for years, multiple locations including this one. On April 30th I had a booked a deep tissue massage. The therapist asked where my worst pain was, and I answered 9/10 pain on my neck thats driving me nuts and 5/10 the rest of my back. The first 10 or more min were very gentle, I eventually ran out of patience and asked for more pressure. He stated he is just warming up (there goes 15 min of my one hour massage). Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us submit our benefits claim and the massage therapist was excellent
Jen was awesome, she uses just the right amount of pressure. You never feel sore afterwards very personable highly recommend her..
