Best massage I've had in a while
Came here this morning and left feeling disappointed/like it was a waste of time. Firstly, I walked in and there wasnt a person in sight... the entire place felt cold and unwelcoming. Like a walk in clinic. I was still waiting for 2 minutes into my appointment time when the young front desk gal walked out, she needs training on the customer service skills. Good service. Mark did a great deep tissue massage for me. Helped significantly with stiffness and tension in my neck and upper back.

I had been a loyal customer and had even recommended this place to others based on previous positive experiences. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. I reached out to the company almost a week ago to share my concerns about a poor experience — one that left me feeling unheard, uncomfortable, and ultimately dissatisfied.
