I’m extremely disappointed with the way Massage Addict handled our appointments today. This morning, I was contacted and informed that the appointments I booked for today for the two of us at the same time had been cancelled and that we’d either be placed on a cancellation list or moved to next Friday, after clearing our schedule for this time frame and receiving doctor recommendation for massage therapy to help alleviate shoulder and back pain. One of their acupuncturists stole my address info from my file and used it to mail me business cards for her side business. I reported this and was told the owner would contact me to discuss the issue. He never did. When I contacted him to discuss it, he first tried to gaslight me into believing that he had already spoke to me about it. A complete lie.
