Great front desk service. Easy to book. Kind masseuse. Great location.
If I could give negative stars I would. Staff is completely indifferent, not listening to what is being said. I left with Vertigo and back pain like I’ve never experienced in my life. Unable to move due to the pain. Unable to function due to the dizziness. I literally fell into the wall after standing up from the massage. “That is typical” is what I was told. A complete lack of professionalism here.
Always great customer service and my massage therapist always helps me with my pain
