Would be better if I’m getting the full experience. I shouldn’t be paying for 60 minutes when it’s really 45-50 because they’re sometimes late even though I arrive on time but if I do that, it’s a problem. Then that’s 5 minutes off, then you have to get in and chat for a sec even if you’re a regular and then take off your clothes and get under and then wait for them to come back which can take another 5-10 minutes. My masseuse Sommer was incredibly kind, patient and attentive with all my needs. Sommer was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and welcomed me into the space. The Oshawa location is clean, bright and welcoming. Overall my experience was amazing.
