Receptionist’s are incompetent at responding to emails and if you subscribe to the 12 month program (contract), and they have no flexibility even when the therapist’s availability forces you to miss a monthly scheduled appointment or you are ill. After 20 months of loyalty, it means nothing to this organization. I had a 12 month program and did not sign a new contract and they still charged me for missing a month even though no contract exists after the first 12 months. Fantastic front staff and my RMT is excellent.
Pleasant staff and so efficient in their profession. Communication on each step is amazing and answers all my questions with patients respect and explains perfectly for me to understand
