Great massage from Lorraine, she was very friendly and used a few different techniques that have definitely loosened up stiff shoulder a few days post-massage.
Extremely disappointing experience. I booked a 60-minute massage, but due to a technical glitch on their end, they only provided 30 minutes of service. Despite correcting them twice, they still had the wrong email address and didn't send me the form before my arrival. I had to fill it out at the spa, which took nearly 20 minutes just to receive. Even after explaining that the mistakes weren’t my fault, they didn’t make up for the service I paid for. Terrible customer service and a waste of my time and money.
