New to guelph, called massage addict at this location and asked if they booked directly to my insurance. The lady on the phone said yes. I show up to my scheduled appointment only to be told they dont bill directly. I gave them everything they needed, policy numbers insurance numbers etc... the receptionist didnt bother looking into it. This is the only massage addict location iv delt with horrible admin.
For excellent scheduling and Ms. Peng is very professional I have booked with her every month until November and to be continued
I’ve had a wonderful, professional massage each time I’ve been here. The issue is that this location frequently cancels last minute for various reasons. The last two massages I’ve booked (and also the last two my husband booked) have been cancelled on us. It doesn’t seem to matter if you book a week or two in advance, they still call the day of to say that the RMT is no longer available. This constant unreliability will make me choose a different massage place next time.
