The staff: are warm and kind. I had a good relaxation massage (unfortunately none of them had their badges on so i do not know how to specify the two great ladies who attended to me). The service: was good although i eould recommend them to have their badges on and to communicate what is needed for people who use bluecross insurance ahead of time (i had booked my massage months before and i made it through a phobe call).
