Loved the massage, very professional staff!
Not the best experience for a massage. The session started late and ended early, yet I was still charged for a full hour. It also felt like the session was cut short to allow time for changing, which should have been included within the booked time. I’ve never experienced this elsewhere very disappointing service.
I just want to appreciate Kylie and Kayla for their exceptional service. I felt alwys very welcome and well taken care of by them!! Thanks again KK!!

I had a one-hour massage today and was very disappointed with the experience. The therapist performed most of the massage while sitting on a chair. I specifically requested a focus on my neck and shoulders due to ongoing rotator cuff pain. However, there was little to no targeted treatment. It felt like the therapist did not have a clear understanding of how to address shoulder or rotator cuff issues.
