The therapists are professional, attentive, and really listen to your needs, making every session effective and comfortable. Booking is easy, and the staff at the front desk are always welcoming. Highly recommend this location in Vaughan for anyone looking for quality massage therapy!
Very clean facility and pleasant staff
I attended a massage appointment, and unfortunately, the experience was very unprofessional. Throughout the entire session, the therapist was repeatedly coughing, clearing his throat, and exhaling directly onto my back, which made me feel uncomfortable and unhygienic. Additionally, he frequently used his phone during the session, at times massaging with only one hand while holding his phone with the other.
