Every time I come to massage addict and get a massage from Alison it had been an amazing experience and feeling. The first time I got cupping and massage which was the best I’ve ever had all my pain and tensions were gone. Additionally, when I get massages no one compares to her expertise in massage. Thank you for your amazing work and I look forward to my next visit !.
I’ve been coming here regularly and usually have a decent experience, but this last visit was very disappointing. I was booked for a 60-minute massage at 12:45 and was ready by 12:50, but the masseuse didn’t come in until 12:55. The back massage itself was good, but after that I only received a quick leg rub and a quick arm rub before the session ended at 1:40 which again was another 5 minutes early. The masseuse Irene gave me a great experience. Her techniques were spot-on. My shoulder and neck pain was relieved a lot. I will follow her advice and come here every month. The staff here are all very friendly. I will become a member of theirs. The price will be more favorable. I recommend this place.
Worst massage experience. My masseuse was using her phone in one hand and massaging me with the other the entire 60 minutes. I finally got the courage to say something and asked her if she was too busy to do my massage and she panicked and started using both hands for the last 5 minutes. I did not leave a tip, told the receptionist when she asked how my massage. She said ‘sorry but other than that how was it’ and continued to charge me $147 for the massage. So ridiculous, never going back there.
