My first time visiting the massage addict on highway 27 and it was absolutely wonderful! To start, Lillian at the front desk was welcoming, helpful and such an absolute joy to talk to. Her energy is beautiful and she greets everyone with kindness and a huge smile which truly sets the tone for the experience. I had services done with Megha and all I can say is WOW! Not only is she sweet and welcoming, but she truly pays attention to the areas you ask her need more work and she does it effortlessly. She is absolutely amazing!
I had a massage at this place and it was great. The staff was super friendly, and the facility was very clean and well-organized. I’ll definitely be coming back
I was able To get a last minute massage which is great but the massage was sadly disappointing. The RMT was going so quickly with light pressure that it didn’t feel like any pain was being relieved. It was probably one of the worst massages I received. I told her to go slower but it still was not effective and I walk out of there feeling like it was a waste of my money and time. One of their RMT that I dealt with was delisted from Sunlife. The person got delisted in July but the person at reception on 16th August still told us that it will be covered by the insurance company. After the therapy they said that there is some issue and you would have to pay and you should get reimbursed as there might be some issue on the portal at the time.
