I cannot recommend Arda enough. He is compassionate and attentive, and I always leave feeling amazing. The rest of the team here are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.
The care and compassion I receive from Linda and Arda are the best out there. I know I'm in safe hands. And I leave feeling taken care of, nourished and much better than I came in.
Customer service sucks. The frontline staff is absolutely rude. They wouldn’t pick up the call and I was trying to cancel the appointment, they instead would not listen to me and were literally arguing over the phone instead of understanding someone’s situation. The clinic was closed a day prior, so as soon as I got a hold of them, I called, it’s not my fault if you ain’t picking up the calls. You gotta replace your frontline staff if you want business. What an absolute nightmare. Clearly the staff lacks basic decency.
It was my best message, he was great at getting my shoulder and never used his knuckles which I loved. I usually walk out sore but not this time. This time I walked out feeling amazing!
