Very rude lady finally came to the counter and said she was busy very hateful. She said call and make appointment by phone handed me a card and walked off.

I went in for a 30 min massage. The woman told me that I needed to pay first ($50 for 30 mins) which was fine. She then asked if I was going to leave her a tip, I told her to add $10 for a tip, She was not okay with such a small tip. She then preceded to tell me that I needed to pay her $100 for the massage. I told her that I was not willing to do that so she brought me back out of the massage room and lead me to the front door. I have never in my life experienced such terrible customer service. I did not get a massage here. But I stopped in to get prices while waiting on food at a nearby restaurant. No one was upfront and someone yelled hello. I said it back but no one came out for a few minutes. So I thought I would take a picture of the massage menu for when I wanted to come in for one. The lady came out and put her hand in front of my phone, saying no. I told her I was just getting prices and she said something in another language. I tried to explain and she just kept saying no.
