Would highly recommend! As a power lifter/ bodybuilder, a massage is a must for me. I like having them walk on my back, legs, arms, and hands. I know that may not be for everyone because it's a lot of pressure, but that's what it takes for me personally to get all the knots out. And if that's not your thing they're really good with their hands too.
Sophia is great. My 1st time with her. She found the tension knots without me telling her where to go.
