I've had one massage before this one that I would categorize as truly amazing, and Helena delivered an experience that I would say is at least on par with that! Instead of taking a one size fits all approach, she first gets to know you and what you might be needing from a massage. Then as she works, she tailors it to your specific body. I felt so relaxed that I fell asleep! My back normally kills me, and it felt great afterwards! I highly recommend booking Helena for massage therapy!
