Thank you, thank you to the staff at Mass Opticians. I have been a patient for a long time and the staff has been always been accommodating and pleasant. I even came several times close to closing and they stayed well past the time they should have to make sure I was happy before I left. I have been a customer of this business for over 15 years, and have never once had an experience even remotely similar to that of which Ms. Keri Donaghue described. Not only is it completely inappropriate to write an employee's first and last name and post it on the internet for all to see, it is entirely false. I have had countless interactions with Marcie, (as well as all other staff members of the business), and she has never been anything but kind, patient, and generous with her time.
