I have been a patient of Massachusetts Hearing Group for many years and would recommend them highly. I'm fortunate to have as my Audiologist Dr. Emily Troutman. She is wonderful.... very caring and very knowledgeable.
I have been with the group for several years and have found Dr Troutman extremely professional and a wealth of knowledge answering all my questions . Sandra at the front desk is exceptional at taking care of my needs regarding appointments and hearing supplies. She makes me feel like a friend and not a patient. Great choice having her at the front desk
Hi, The First time Appointment, Dr. Casey Curran Au.D.,CCC-A took time and Tested me. My Second visit. We pick out a set of Phonak C.R.O.S Hearing Aids. WORK GREAT!! Third Visit I got the Batteries replaced in Warranty. It has been a VERY PLEASANT Experience. I will be Back!!
I was there for my first set of hearing aids. The appointment was easy and convenient to make. Alana Salazar took her time and explained the process to me. She answered all of my questions and helped me choose the aids that best fit my needs. I would definitely recommend Alana and the Mass Hearing Group.
Just needed hearing aids cleaned. Was done quickly so no problem.
