Orderly despite busy office. Efficiënt as possible.
I really don’t understand how this lab is run so poorly. There seems to be a 40+ minute wait at all times, sometimes even up to 2 hours. At Brigham I’ve never had to wait more than 5-10. For an otherwise organized hospital, it’s ridiculous. Please hire more staff if that’s the issue.
You take a number, and they move through the list as smoothly as possible.. I've had nothing but, good experiences with them! 💯
