I met with urologist Dr Lori Jones, after I had a bad experience with another MGH urologist. She obviously had spoken with my previous doctor because whe began the meeting by stating that she did not want to discuss any of my history. Why not? This was an important part of my problem. The questions required on e-survey that Mass General Massachusetts/Brigham send to senior patients before an appointment are completely insulting and quite annoying. I would refer to these questions as definitely "Age Related Discrimination"!  I am amazed that they would ask such stupid questions as if someone would truthfully answer any of them if they applied.
