The receptionist is extremely RUDE! Be prepared … When you ask to speak to an office manager … She will want to know who she is speaking with and will continue to scream at you from the top of her lungs!! She put me on hold then proceed to hang up on me. She did it to my sister and now me. Fire this dragon! Ps. I had to double check if this was a legitimately medical business … Because it sounded like a trap house! If you don’t like your job … LEAVE! This call was made on 10/23/24 around 11:50am and 4:00PM
I've been coming here twice a year for 30 years. Outstanding doctors and Chris (receptionist) is the best ever.
I wish I had gotten the name of the receptionist at the Bartlett Street office...she has short blonde hair. She went out of her way to get me a sooner appointment at a convenient time when someone at the Chelmsford office had mistakenly told me my appointment wasn't canceled when it actually was. I had to finagle my way to get out of work early and literally ran to my appointment just to have it be canceled. She could tell I was frustrated but was very sympathetic. Easy to make appointments, short waiting time, VERY friendly staff.. they fix your frames with a smile and at no extra cost Dr Bolliger retired and was replaced by Dr Young who specializes in glaucoma. The don't accept Wellcare
I saw Dr Bolliger and he told me to get eye glasses. Wrong Treatment I am suffering with cataract surgery. This Place use to be good now going down.
