I have had nothing but outstanding service from the Tewksbury or Chelmsford offices, whether it be via phone or in person with customer service, any of the Doctors, assistants , opticians or optical staff..most recently with Dr Calnan, her assistant, and David in the optical dept who is always most pleasant and helpful. Thanks Team…for the great job as always!
Dr. Tatiana completed my cataract surgery and it was amazing! From referral to last appointment she was kind, caring, professional and thoughtful. Her skill is evident in how well my procedures went, and her interest in my aftercare, follow ups showed her interest in the health and quality of life of her patients.
Bad service
Been going there many years along with other family members. Had been going to Chelmsford office but left because of rude receptionist. Was happy for years in Tewksbury until they insisted I owed them a $10 co-pay. I remember that day their computer system was not working when I first got there. I paid them cash. Later they said I didn’t. I was unable to find a receipt since time had elapsed. If I hadn’t paid why did they see me?
