Doctors do nothing!!! Tech’s do everything. I would prefer the eye doctor to do my exam. You enter your room and the doctor is sitting in another empty room talking to staff…
I have had nothing but outstanding service from the Tewksbury or Chelmsford offices, whether it be via phone or in person with customer service, any of the Doctors, assistants , opticians or optical staff..most recently with Dr Calnan, her assistant, and David in the optical dept who is always most pleasant and helpful. Thanks Team…for the great job as always!
Dr. Tatiana completed my cataract surgery and it was amazing! From referral to last appointment she was kind, caring, professional and thoughtful. Her skill is evident in how well my procedures went, and her interest in my aftercare, follow ups showed her interest in the health and quality of life of her patients.
