Sad you can’t go in and ask questions about your prescription without getting look at funny because I’m curious to see if my numbers are off to do a self purchase online. I felt like I had to pay just to ask “numerous” questions, about my prescription as the guy Outback stated. SMH
Not handicapped friendly. Receptionists rude, and did not even know the date, nor anything about billing. Cancel last minute, too. Now took two days off for nothing. Reported the glaring mistakes made to both my active insurances. They tried to get me to pay out of pocket. Zero Hippocratic Oath here. No empathy, nor respect for anyone’s time. Had an iriodotomy here in my left eye in February. Side affect was blurry vision for a day. Well my vision got worse in left eye and I can't see up close any longer and need cataract surgery. My eyesight was fine before this but nobody will give me a straight answer what went wrong. Dr. YI said I was a special case? Had right eye done 10 yrs ago by Dr Aarrig at Boston Vision with no problems at all. Not happy with this outcome at all. Now i need to have surgery in left eye. Won't be coming back here to do do. Made an appt for my oldest son who is 8 with Dr Willard. First appt went great. I had to attend with my other son who is 5 and has autism. Her medical assistant was very educated and knew how to handle kids and was very understanding. Next appt we went for a follow up there was another assistant which from the jump was very rude called my son out back didn’t even wait for neither of us just went out back.
