This agency is truly broken. The intake workers demonstrate a shocking lack of basic legal competence and investigative integrity. The woman who answers the phone left four voicemails in 24 hours with a sense of urgency. In response, I went out of my way to return her calls only for her to shout over me. I reported it to this office, and the woman who answers the phone said the BBO does not police "tone and rude behavior" by attorneys. When I reiterated that I was refused access to the attorney's services, she persisted... read more

I complained about the person doing the BBO review and his supervisor said I have to talk to him even though she agreed I was right and he was wrong. Useless
