The customer service lady hung up on me after I asked for help to referral. I asked one question she said we couldn’t help you and just hung up. That is ridiculous. What type of service is this?
I had an Excellent experience with LRS. Designed to do exactly what I expected. To the people saying “I was dismissed or they didn’t help” I would just like to add it took me ten tries to find the right attorney. Ten. But, The LRS helped me every step of the way. Just stick with it and try to EXPLAIN yourself and identify the type of attorney you need BEFORE Even reaching out and I bet you have a much higher success rate. Good Luck.
They leave you on hold for 30 minutes, and then when they finally pick up, they pretend they cant hear you and hang up. Professional time wasters.
