That was worse service ever for small kids. The normally surgery center for small kids made appointment early morning 6am-8am no later because kids should be fasting no water no food from previous day evening. They schedule appointment for small kid at 9:30am , kid was fasting from previous evening as recommended. We arrived on time and they let as wait till 11am !!! That is not normal for the medical protocol kid surgery , they let my child be without water or food more then 12 hours as supported to be . And they just said ... read more
I join the chorus of those praising this facility and team. It’s a very nice and comfortable space. All of the staff from check-in to discharge were friendly, attentive, and kind, and everything moved on schedule. Most importantly, I was well cared for medically throughout and felt more at ease being in such good hands. Highly recommended.
My doctor uses this facility for surgery. It was my first time here and all of the doctors/nurses were great! They sent me an email beforehand to give me all the details. I was a bit worried because the paperwork I filled out had slightly different instructions than the email, so I left a message for the attending nurse and she called me back fairly quickly to clarify, which I greatly appreciated! Went there for Carpal tunnel surgery, and I've never seen a nicer, more caring staff than the people here. They even have a specialist there just to make sure everything is going fine. They even sent a get well card signed by the people who helped me. Unbelievable!
I’ve had the experience of picking up and dropping off a family member at the Massachusetts Avenue Surgery Center multiple times, and I am consistently impressed by the facility. Though I’ve never been a patient there, I’ve observed that the doctors, nurses, and staff members are incredibly kind, caring, and professional.
