Food is decent. Service is absolutely terrible. If I could give the service a -10/10, I would. The first time I visited was back in April. I parked in the rear parking lot and specifically asked an employee if it was okay to park there. She told me, “Yes, no problem.” I ordered a Vodka Parm sandwich, which was good. My wife and I were there Saturday for the first time. We.loved the pizza 🍕. What a great place. Super staff great service. Can't wait to return for some pasta next visit. 👍
Ok, Massa, the food is extremely good. I mean extremely. But there’s a few issues. The service is ok at the counter. People are nice The problem is their staff is extremely forgetful. I feel like they choose to hire only people that forget stuff. This has happened 3 times where they’ve forgotten stuff. Ive been here 3 times and it’s happened all 3 times. The drinks aren’t cold.
