We drove 30 minutes specifically to get gelato and fried dough from Massa. After waiting in line for quite a while, we finally got to the counter—only to be told the kitchen was closed. No one informed those of us waiting, and they made no effort to accommodate us despite the long wait. It was incredibly disappointing. A friend and I were visiting from out of town and decided to try this place on the way back to the airport. The pizza was delicious, although it was a little tough to keep the toppings on the slices. It's a cool little spot with a great atmosphere and enough seating to hang out and eat!
The servers had wonderful smiles and the food was amazing! The music was just the right amount of volume to talk over also!
We had the sausage and roasted red pepper pizza, it was great! Fresh tomato sauce, good crust, and tasty cheese and toppings. Hidden gem.
