Been using Gary at Mass auto for years. Reasonably priced, up front and honest. I appreciate their honesty, whether it's what I want to hear or not. The main thing is they don't cheat and the car is done right when you leave. Thanks guys for the years of service. I appreciate what you do and that I can trust you.
The worst. They're rude and nasty and hang up on you when you tell them there in the wrong. Never again
Very reasonably priced and they got the job done that other side couldn’t be done.
I just had a wonderful experience at the shop! I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it quickly while I waited and at a very fair price. They were also very kind and went above and beyond to check the rest of my tires and my vehicle. I will definitely be returning!
