Had a great experience here and would definitely recommend. I had my tires, brakes, rotors, and oil change done by them and they explained all what needed done, about how long it would take, and we're friendly to explain any questions I had. Would definitely like to come back myself for any further needs I may have for my vehicle.
10/10 recommend this place, dropped a driveshaft off around 2pm today to get a bad u-joint removed and a new u-joint installed, had it done by about 4:30pm (and that included them getting the parts)! Very reasonably priced and they did a great job. Thank you Mass Tire & Auto for helping me out with quick turnaround time, definitely came in handy!
I had a tire leaking air and I heard about this place from some family. Brought my tire in and he fixed it for me. Was in and out in about 10 minutes. Was friendly and definitely coming back if I need a tire fixed again.
Been using Gary at Mass auto for years. Reasonably priced, up front and honest. I appreciate their honesty, whether it's what I want to hear or not. The main thing is they don't cheat and the car is done right when you leave. Thanks guys for the years of service. I appreciate what you do and that I can trust you.
The worst. They're rude and nasty and hang up on you when you tell them there in the wrong. Never again
