Brianna abused my dying cat by kneeing and shaking his carrier while he was in it, trying to give him to me so I could take him to be euthanized at another veterinary ER because she had an unprofessional attitude and I asked for her name so I could file a complaint about her cold hearted behavior. My dog was lethargic breathing heavily and fast had diarrhea and white gums. I was told by my vet to call Baystate and MassRIVet and go to whichever one wasn’t busy. I called MaRI first and I asked and they said they could see him right away so I brought him there. It took two hours before the vet called out to ask me the same questions the vet tech asked and the same questions I filled out on the questionnaire (before he was seen) .
