Called for service on my oven at the end of June. They said they’d be there and then never showed. Very unprofessional never even called to say they were not coming. We had to call them and they said they’d be down the next day. They showed up said they fixed the oven and left. The next day the oven was not working. We called them back. Extremely rude, incompetent, unreliable and above all - not honest!
Made an appointment a week in advance, confirmed the morning of, waited from 9-4pm, tech never showed up, no call, called them, they said they couldn't make it that day, but would definitely show up the next day, which they didn't. Person on the phone was rude and said it wasn't like a doctors appointment. Canceled and went with another company who showed up promptly the same day we called. Should have checked reviews before hand.
I had to schedule service for a commercial oven at a small event venue and staff a the place for Three Full Days without actually having a technician show up. Cancelled service, had a competitor do the job the next day, in a pre-designated three hour window, and it was a simple half hour fix. Terrible service. Everyone operates on deadlines except them, apparently.
We have a Senior care center with 64 residents.we needed service on a dishwasher that broke down on Sunday. We called for service, and for the last 2 days they told us we were on their schedule and a tech would be here by the end of the day..... That was 3 days ago and they still have not shown up. This company not worth calling for anything,how unprofessional can you get. I called one of their competitors this morning and they sent a tech out and helped us.if they had a catagory lower than poor, I would have selected it....... read more
