Joe our solar consultant was patient with us and came out to our home multiple times to answer all questions we had. We paid nothing out of pocket for the solar system and they even removed a tree that was no cost for us and now we receive credits for the system. I strongly recommend them. Give Joe a call

At first I was a bit suspicious of them since they solicited us at our home, but every step of the way they have been professional and have gone out of their way to accommodate us. They installed exactly as they promised. We required a new roof and the folks they subcontracted with did a great job. I didn't pay anything out of pocket for the roof or Solar panels. Initial call went great, then tried setting up an appointment and haven’t been able to talk to anyone in 4 months. I’ve called over 20 times and left 10 messages not including emails. When i do call and someone answers they tell me someone will call me back, then no one ever does. Extremely dissapointed in the whole thing it left a really bad impression when i was so excited for it. Can’t believe there are so many 5 star reviews when this is how i was treated.

We interviewed several companies, and several neighbors before going with Mass No Cost Solar. The process was seamless: clear answers to our questions about manufacture and installation of panels, maintenance, and repairs. From the first on-site engineer's visit, to the final National Grid connection, the process went faster and smoother than we expected. Mass No Cost Solar made the whole process easy from start to finish. They were super helpful in walking us through all the options when we were planning our system, and were able to plan around some areas of our home where we plan to make changes in the future. The installation process was quick and happened just how they described.
