No one ever answers the phone. Not once, not one single time! Got sent a letter saying all attempts thus far to contact me have failed? Excuse me? Answer the phone! Problem solved!!!

I have many allergies and keep having reactions but keep getting sent to my primary. They don't listen to me as a patient for many years , I feel I need more care from a specialist and just keep getting sent to my primary. I had a allergic reaction that lead into a asthma attack to a medication. I told them it bothered me and was told to put the med into apple sauce or pudding. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone, when you do leave a message they never return your phone call. Not professional at all.
