Front office is horrible. They don't call you back, they don't answer their phones, you leave a message and you're lucky if they call you back. I have no problem with the doctor when we were able to connect with him. But very stressful trying to get through
They never answer the phone. Prompt tells you to leave a message. That's awfully rude of them.
Worse front desk employees. Inconsiderate, loss a medical CD I brought and they never returned it to me. Never answer the phone and after a visit, got two emails 7 minutes apart, each with a different time for the appointment. Doctor was great but after you walk out of the door from seeing the doctor, then the BS begins with incompetent front desk employees.
No one ever answers the phone. Not once, not one single time! Got sent a letter saying all attempts thus far to contact me have failed? Excuse me? Answer the phone! Problem solved!!!
