We were scheduled and rescheduled over the course of a year and ultimately left due to non-responsiveness, not returning calls, rudeness and an inflated mistake-ridden quote that was generic and much was not even specific to us and we were not even able to discuss this further. Mass Home Services recently put in a new kitchen for me that I wish you could see because it is so beautiful and functional. They were wonderful to work with: pleasant, respectful, engaging, professional, skilled and creative. I miss having them in my home.
Mass Home Services just rebuilt my aging deck. They totally rebuilt the structure to today's code. Then the surfaces were finished with today's best zero-maintenance surfaces. The finish work was great and his crew was always friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them. We're currently enjoying our new deck!

I've witnessed him taking time to genuinely listen to customers and value the importance of the homeowner's decisions in an investment to enhance their property. A home recently destroyed by fire was restored to AMAZING - restored to new for the homeowner. Mass Home Services is consistently amazing!
