I was randomly assigned a primary care physician from this office and wanted to change to a different doctor. I was told that it's their policy that they will not switch physicians for any reason. There are many reasons a patient may not be comfortable with a particular doctor, so I'm giving Primary Care Associated one star for not giving me a choice.
This place is awful.. They do not respond to any messages you send. My last message I sent said " Is anyone there" No response. I can see that they are reading my messages but they don't respond.

Staff are rude and inefficient. Similar to a previous reviewer, I had a time sensitive prescription refill request and had to call multiple times only for the receptionist to tell me those take 48 hours, with no care for my current circumstance. They do not follow up in a timely manner, even when they say they will, and there is no way to email or leave a voicemail after hours. Avoid at all costs!
Worse service I've ever had. Came for an annual check up to switch doctors, left with a damaged nerve, useless arm and 2000+ USD bill. Practice, MGH, BCBS, and mass.gov say that mistakes and poor quality in health care are always a risk; the patient must pay for it.
