The negative reviews are largely from 2020-2022. Why? Who knows. I've been coming here to see my PCP for two years and have always been treated kindly and with utmost respect. My doctor is fantastic. She is astonishingly intelligent and extraordinarily compassionate. I don't feel like a name at the top of a clipboard with a list of "Yes" and "No" boxes below. The women at the front desk are wonderful. Courteous and they go out of their way to help you! It’s one of the best Dr. offices around! Grateful for this MGH and its location.
Don’t understand the negative reviews here! This place is great! Absolutely love my PCP! He’s incredibly kind, attentive and personable! Humira at the front desk is also very kind, and I look forward to catching up with her during my yearly visits!
Wow I saw they deleted my review few yrs back. NP Emily Brown should not be in practice. I was extremely sick and was seeking help. In virtual app. Emily actually laughed out loud of my list of symptoms and pointed out I had a similar sym. yrs back in the ED and the findings were "nothing". Very rude, treated me like I am a hypochondriac ( when I never seen my pcp that much ever before an they have records of this and I work in the healthcare field).
