TODA Y 2/23/2023 I CALLED COSTUMER SERVICES AT 857-282-0777 THE LADY WITH A STRANG VOICE WAS VERY RUDE AND YELLING AT ME ON THE PHONE . I COULD NOT SCHEDUL AN APPOINTMENT FOR MY HIGH BLOOD PRESURE I AM SO DISAPOINTED WITH THE COSTUMER SERVICES I HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE CLINIC TO MAKE AN APOINTMENT IN PERSON. SO BAD TO HIRE A WOMAN LIKE THAT
Not even deserving of one star. Staff is rude and PCP was actually listening to her voicemails and checking her emails during a virtual visit. I was mortified. I will never go back here again. I have a great PCP that is NOT a part of MGH now and I absolutely love him. I should have left a year ago. Better late than never I guess.
