Terrible experience. Brought my partner here and they wouldn’t let me into the exam room with her. The reason they gave me was that it would only be a 15-20 minute exam. An hour and a half later, they still hadn’t started the exam. I wouldn’t come back unless I want to waste a whole afternoon here.
We had our PCP here and he has moved out of MA. And this clinic put someone else as a next PCP, without asking us. When we had an emergency, with the dropped vitality signs, the male nurse responded first positively to tell us to come in, then he changed his words, and showed his volatile temper, instead. Then, on gateway, he wrote a "made up" story, poorly portraying the patient being rude, who he didn't even talk to. It shows he writes things up in his heated state of mind. Do they have walk in?
Phenomenal experience for MRI cannot say enough positives for my experience. Every staff member from beginning to end of my procedure was compassionate, respectful and took the time to answer any questions. Highly recommend this site.
