Great professional MRI techs! The imaging went very smooth as it gets.Terrible front desk staff on Saturday. Bad attitude! They couldn't even muster up the strength to say hello when I greeted them. And of course they couldn't say goodbye when I left. I'm from Kansas, and I'm just not use to this rudeness. There's a lot of that happening in Boston where people disrespect you, but they hate being disrespected themselves. I would've given 5 stars if not for the front desk folks

The staff at this location are some of the nicest, kindest people I have ever encountered. Starting at the front desk to the nurses/other clinical professionals, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of!

The staff was about as professional as a wet sock in a dry competition. When a patient tells you something about THEIR OWN BODY, you should probably listen. Your “combined 35 years of experience” should have told you that, but instead, I have to. Incompetent secretary/phone operators do not communicate patient info, and the “nurse” staff doesn’t like to be told how to do things, even though the things being done were clearly communicated by the patient. Staff refuses to listen when we call several times to warn them about bad veins needing an ultrasound. They have refused on 2 separate trips here to listen, and continually stick her with needles while saying they are professionals and they can “get em on the first stick”. Absolutely unprofessional staff. Patient care is at 0%. Staff communication is at 0% Professionalism in their craft is at 0%. Poor excuses for healthcare workers. A scar on Mass General.
