I had an appointment at this location today that I scheduled over a year ago. I cancelled my entire work day, took a train, and walked 45 minutes in 80 degree weather to make sure that I showed up 15-30 minutes early as instructed in the pre appointment prep. I brought all necessary paperwork and followed every rule I possibly could.
