I did waited for about 10 minutes, But what got me was the reception employee, she was very unpolite and dry. It felt like it was inconvenience to her to help people. But the best thing that I was able to get everything done, even a x-ray is plus at this site. Also got a referral done quickly too. First expression on a patient coming in, is a friendly concern.
I was there last week. I didn’t feel good, had palpitations and a lot of cough. The person who saw me told me this is nothing. Follow up with your pcp. I ended admitted at the hospital for 3 nights with something very serious just 4 days after. The person who saw me was careless and didn’t even try to listen what I was explaining.
