Super slow even though there are very few patients. waiting for well over an 70 minutes and no one yet. Longest wait I’ve had at an urgent care. Go elsewhere.
Very poor service. Every time I go. Almost like they don’t care unless you have a fatal issue. This last visit this week I was waiting for 55 mins in the room (another 45 mins in the waiting room) and still no one came, I went out and the staff was celebrating something in the break room with cheers and doors wide open. Very poor etiquette and insensitivity. The urgent care in Foxboro is so good compared to this one. I chose this because it is close to home but I don’t think I want to return here anymore.
