There is nothing urgent about this place. It’s a bunch of people sitting around chatting and on their phones while you are left in a patient room for hours waiting for someone. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.
Terrible experience! Even more terrible care by Kelly Ann (elderly nurse) and (Doctor) Betty Tran. Im a school teacher to over 220 students from prek-12th grade. I care and listen to each one of their needs. I work with all types of personalities and would never speak or treat anyone with such disrespect as these 2 so called professional people did.
