I called the radiology department on recommendation of my PC. The receptionist had little to no interpersonal skills. She should be given training. I feel sick just talking to her.
Normally I don’t write bad reviews, but I felt I needed to say this regarding Patient Services. I arrived at 8:30 am, checked in, was asked last name, and staff said you are all set. Mind you, I had two appointments, one at 8:30am and another at 9am.When I noticed that everyone else was going in before me, I got up and mentioned, I want to make sure I was checked in for both.
