I can not recommend the Salem Hospital ER. Thurs night, 5 days ago, I tripped over bricks on the street and had a bad fall. The ambulance took me to Salem Hospital. I'm an 83 year old woman. I had a huge swelling on my forehead, huge bruises at my eye and over my lip, abrasions on my face and hand, etc. and was in a neck brace. I went into the ER at about 6:30pm. and felt oblivious for the next 6 1/2 hours. Horrible attitude, Sandra De Tomaso is rude, disrespectful & arrogant. Hanged up the call several times in the middle of conversation. Actual bill was not located on patient records in the hospital. Charges are questionable. Stay away from this practice.
Horrible customer service. No coordination of people or information, extremely long wait times. Forced to repeat and confirm information multiple times. They want religious information, would not give it to them. Multiple stupid questions pertaining to sex and pronouns. So sorry my doctor moved here. Most likely will go to another doctor soon.

My visit to the Canton Partners Urgent Care was terrific. I was seen quickly, the staff was attentive and friendly and professional. I'd recommend it to anyone.
