They are really really bad, especially the poeple who schedule for dr metha
I don’t write reviews, felt compelled to. This location is great, staff is great. Dealt with multiple Drs in the office - all were excellent.
Had a horrible experience here & have & never will be back again….
I don't understand all the bad reviews. Dr. Nimako has been a wonderful doctor for my mother and all the people in the practice are kind, helpful and communicative. We never feel like we are being rushed. I had no plans to post a review but seeing all the bad ones, I had to help correct the record.
Hopeless attempt to have a simple clinical question posed or answered. On pressing the suggested buttons, the connection either died, or made extra-terrestrial noises, or connected to Salem when I called Watertown. I give up.
