I like the provider I see for hematology, however the office is insanely disorganized and many of the administrative staff are incredibly rude. When my provider ordered an iron infusion for the following week, I never heard from anyone and when I called the office and was transferred to his admin, Lisa, I was told “what iron infusion?” I had a follow up on the spring and was told they would reach out to schedule a follow up for 6 months out. Dr Julie Fu, the nursing staff, at Emerson's Cancer Center, saved my husband's life. We are so fortunate to have top notch cancer treatment and care so close to home. We are so grateful and appreciate them wholeheartedly!
Since my Dr left, this place is a mess. Returning calls is a joke. Sending the wrong orders. Not going back.
