In 2023, the staff was friendly and respectful. Both the nurse who took my vitals and the providers were friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The providers were very thorough with their intake questions and tended to my needs. Excellent overall experience. Highly recommend. Update: The quality of service has gone downhill. They've made some rookie mistakes and decided to drop me as a client rather than correct them. I spent months trying to find and qualify for another service and lost valuable time.
Very frustrating
Horrible service had a appointment by 245pm didn't get seen until 345 didn't get treated or the help I needed ,did it get out of there until 5pm totally waste of time
Interesting 🤔 food is medicine
Suzan is not only a kind doctor but also a beautiful soul. She listens carefully, explains clearly, and truly cares about her patients. My uncle was treated there, and we were very impressed by the level of attention and compassion he received. Mass Clinique is doing an amazing job serving the community.
