Lleve a mi suegra a esta clínica por y por el mero echo que no hablamos inglés no me hacertan ni el traductor del teléfono porque tengo que ir con un traductor en persona y mi suegra tiene 69 años y es diabética y ipertensa y no tengo traductor y nesesito que la tiendan hay y entonces ellos tienen una doctora que habla español y ella me exige un traductor
My experience at mass clinic was awesome everyone was just respectful the service was good
Went there for C&P exam and it was a complete waste of time. The NP didn't even ask me all of the questions required and barely looked at anything. He was actually trying to trip me up by tryna ask me the same questions in different ways. Wouldn't go back there.
I get that it's a free clinic and everyone there is volunteering their time and effort, but after going to this place for more than 3 years I expect at least the communication between doctor and patient to improve over time, but it's always been the same, like today for example. My appointment was for 11am, which seemed okay because I work at 2pm I sat there for an hour waiting for my doctor before they finally joined the meeting and gave me some information and asked for verification of income which I have no problem with. ... read more
