heat damaged my hair, lady did not know how to work with curly/coily hair and repeatedly ripped hair out, she was rude and charged me an extra 30 DOLLARS for “tangles” which I could have combed out myself, then continued to charge me another hidden $10 fee because I paid with card. Ridiculous. I would NOT go here

I use to love this place a few years back. Recently while in town I visited and took my daughter. Her hair looked nice but smelled like burnt hair afterwards. 2 weeks later, she washes it. And it still smells burnt and her curls are Clearly Heat Damage. I will NEVER RETURN. HIGHLY PISSED is an UNDERSTATEMENT bc I take very good care of her hair. TOO MUCH HEAT and NOT ENOUGH EDUCATION or TRAINING provided prior to doing ANYONE'S HAIR ESPECIALLY USING EXTREME HEAT.
